The return process itself was okay, like printing the label, packing it back up, dropping it off, all of that was straightforward. But the refund definitely took a while to show up. I kept checking my email, my bank app, the order page, the tracking updates, basically anywhere I thought it might pop up. It did come through eventually, so it wasn’t a huge disaster, but it was slower than I would’ve liked.

I ordered a wetsuit and, overall, the experience was okay. It showed up in a reasonable amount of time, not super fast but definitely not late enough for me to complain. Once I tried it on, the fit was about what I expected, and the material feels decent for the price. The stitching looks neat enough too, so from a basic quality point of view, I don’t really have any major issues with it.

The only thing that threw me off a bit was the packaging, because it looked kind of plain and not as official as I expected. Because of that, I did wonder for a little while if it was completely authentic. I checked the tags and everything seems to line up, so I do think the product is real, but I’d be lying if I said that first impression didn’t leave me slightly unsure.
